These terms govern your use of Karobaar.ai, operated by AccessQuint LLC. By creating a practice or using the service, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Karobaar provides AI-assisted tools to run a professional-services practice — marketing, business development, delivery, renewals and billing. Features evolve; we may add, change or remove them, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
You retain all rights to the data and content you bring into Karobaar. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (storing, processing, and sending content you approve). You're responsible for the lawfulness of the content you upload and the messages you approve to send.
Karobaar drafts content with AI. Output may contain errors and is provided for your review — nothing is sent or published without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before it goes out, and for complying with applicable rules on marketing, outreach and professional conduct.
Don't use Karobaar to send spam or unlawful messages, infringe others' rights, reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll notify you before any price change affecting your plan.
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate for material breach. On termination, you can export your data; we delete or return it per the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and AccessQuint LLC submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.
