Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains how AccessQuint LLC (“Karobaar”, “we”) collects, uses and protects information when you use Karobaar.ai. It is written to be read, not survived.

What we collect

We collect three categories of information:

• Account data — name, email and billing details you provide when you create a practice.
• Client workspace data — the information you bring into Karobaar about your own clients (“tenant data”).
• Usage data — device, log and interaction data generated as you use the product.

How we use it

We use information to operate and improve the service, generate your briefings, dossiers and drafts, process payments, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your tenant data to train shared AI models.

AI processing

Karobaar uses third-party AI providers to generate content (articles, outreach, drafts) and analysis. Data sent for processing is governed by our agreements with those providers, which prohibit using your content to train their general models. AI-generated output is always presented for your review and approval before anything is sent or published.

Tenant data

Your data is isolated per customer and is never pooled with, or visible to, any other Karobaar customer. You are the controller of the data you bring in; we are the processor and handle it under your instructions and our Data Processing Addendum (available on request).

Sub-processors

We share information only with the sub-processors that help us run the service, under contract, and where required by law. Our current sub-processors are:

• Hosting & storage — Neon (database), Vercel (application hosting and file storage).
• AI providers — Anthropic, via OpenRouter (text); Google, FAL and OpenAI (images).
• Email — Microsoft 365 (Outlook / SMTP).
• Payments & accounting — Stripe; Intuit QuickBooks Online (on Practice tiers and above).
• Integrations — Unipile (LinkedIn); Serper (business-discovery search); Meta and X (only when you enable social publishing).

These providers process data in the United States and the EU. We keep this list current as our sub-processors change.

Retention

We retain account data while your practice is active and tenant data per your configured retention settings. On closure, data is deleted or returned within 30 days, except where law requires retention.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact us below; for tenant data, contact the practice that controls the workspace.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
